If you installed an app from the Salla, Zid or Shopify app store, that platform bills you. Write to them for payments, invoices and refunds. For a technical problem with the app itself, write to us.
InstaFeed subscriptions bought directly from us (WooCommerce and websites) are billed by Paddle.com. Email us from the address on your account and, if you have it, include the Paddle receipt or order number. See the Refund Policy.
