USD 9 per month or USD 79 per year, a 7-day free trial (card required), and a 14-day refund on your first payment. Renewals are not refundable, except for billing errors.
See InstaFeed pricing Read Part BThese Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PopupSnap apps, InstaFeed and popupsnap.com (the "Service"), provided by Grovlix Unipessoal LDA, a company registered in Portugal, registered address: Rua Dom Afonso Henriques, Número 132, 4950-854 Monção, Viana do Castelo, Portugal, NIPC 518316327 ("we", "us"). InstaFeed and PopupSnap are products of Grovlix Unipessoal LDA, a company registered in Portugal. By creating an account, installing the Service or using it, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
Salla, Zid and Shopify merchants: billed by your platform
This part applies if you installed PopupSnap apps from the Salla, Zid or Shopify app store. Your platform bills you, at its prices and under its refund rules. Paddle is not involved in those payments.
Subscription and billing through your platform
Every subscription to a PopupSnap app that you install from your platform's app store (Salla, Zid or Shopify) is sold and managed entirely by that platform. PopupSnap does not handle payment or billing for these subscriptions directly.
- Subscribing: you subscribe in the platform's app store. When you install one of our apps, the platform handles the subscription and the payment.
- Prices: shown on the app's page in the platform's app store, set by the platform, in its currency and under its terms.
- Managing your subscription: changing plan, upgrading, downgrading or cancelling is done in the platform's dashboard, not in PopupSnap.
- Invoices and payments: every invoice is issued by the platform. For questions about billing or amounts charged, contact the platform's support.
- Refunds: refunds follow the platform's own terms. To ask for a refund, contact the platform's support directly. See also our Refund Policy.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from the platform's dashboard and the subscription will not renew.
If you have a technical problem with a PopupSnap app itself (for example popups not showing, a badge error or a dashboard problem), contact us and we will help you fix it. For anything about payment, subscription, billing or the platform itself, the platform is the official point of contact.
WooCommerce and website (embed code) merchants: direct InstaFeed subscription, billed by Paddle
This part applies if you subscribe to InstaFeed directly on our website, for example for a WooCommerce store or for a website with an embed code. Paddle.com handles the payment as Merchant of Record.
The Service
InstaFeed lets an online store owner (the "merchant") show their own Instagram and TikTok posts and videos on their own storefront, tag products on those posts, and see how shoppers interact with them. It works with WooCommerce, Salla, Zid, Shopify and other websites through an embed code. Features differ by plan, as listed on the pricing page.
To display public posts, the Service retrieves publicly available content through third-party data providers that we engage, and through official platform interfaces where they are available. We keep copies of the public content we retrieve, and of the related videos and thumbnails, on our own servers so the widget loads quickly. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta or TikTok. The providers we use are described in our Privacy Policy.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Plans, prices and who bills you
The Service has a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro costs USD 9 per month or USD 79 per year, plus any applicable taxes, as shown on the pricing page and at checkout. We may change prices; see Price changes.
- If you installed the Service from the Salla, Zid or Shopify app store, that platform bills you and sets the price, trial, renewal and refund rules, under its own terms. Nothing in the Paddle, trial and renewal sections below changes that.
- If you subscribe directly on our website (for example for WooCommerce or an embed-code installation), your payment is processed by Paddle as described in the Paddle section below.
Payments: Paddle is the Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries for payments and handles returns and refunds. Paddle collects the payment, calculates and remits the applicable sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. By purchasing, you also agree to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Payment and refund help is available at paddle.net. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Free trial
A new Pro subscription may start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. You are not charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged the price you chose, unless you cancel before the trial ends. We may limit the free trial to one per customer and may refuse a trial if we reasonably suspect abuse.
Renewal and cancellation
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the subscription management link in your dashboard or in your Paddle receipt email, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals.
- After you cancel, you keep Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
- We do not refund the unused part of a billing period, except as set out in our Refund Policy or required by law.
Price changes
We may change prices or plans. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change applies to your next renewal. If you do not accept the change, cancel before the renewal date. Prices already paid are not affected.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: you may ask for a refund of your first payment within 14 days. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Terms for all merchants
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only for content you are entitled to show. You must not:
- connect or display an Instagram or TikTok account, or any content, that you do not own or have the right to display on your store;
- use the Service to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, or to post or show unlawful, hateful, deceptive or sexually explicit content;
- use the Service to buy, sell or increase followers, likes, views or other engagement, or to impersonate another person or brand;
- attempt to bypass limits, probe or disrupt the Service, reverse engineer it, or access another merchant's data;
- resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission;
- breach the terms of any platform you connect, including the Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Salla, Zid, Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce terms that apply to you.
You also agree to:
- use the Service for lawful purposes only and in line with the policies of Salla, Zid and Shopify;
- not use the Service to send misleading, fraudulent or unlawful content;
- not try to hack or disrupt the Service or to access other people's accounts;
- keep your account details confidential and not share them with others;
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where your store operates there.
You confirm that you own, or have permission to display, every account and item of content you connect. You are responsible for the content shown on your store.
Third-party platforms and content
The Service depends on third-party platforms and providers. They may change, limit or stop access to their content at any time, which can affect what the widget shows. We do not guarantee that any particular post, account or feature will always be available. Posts, videos and images remain the property of their owners; we claim no ownership of your content and you grant us the limited licence needed to retrieve, store, process and display it for you.
Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and branding belong to us and our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service under these Terms.
Availability and changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, add or remove features. If we remove a paid feature you are paying for, we will offer a fair remedy, which can include a refund for the affected period.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a platform, or if your use puts the Service or others at risk. Where practical we will give notice first. On termination you lose access to your account data after a reasonable period, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. The competent courts of Portugal have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the rights and protections of your local law, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
