General
Every app is available on Salla. On Zid you can install Pop-ups, InstaFeed and PopAutomate. InstaFeed also works on WooCommerce and on any other website with one snippet. A Shopify version of InstaFeed is in progress.
Yes. PopupSnap was built right-to-left first, so Arabic layouts and fonts work properly, and everything works just as well left to right in English or any other language. The dashboard is available in English and Arabic.
No. Pick a template, change the text and colours, and switch it on. On Salla and Zid the app installs from the app store with no code. On WooCommerce and other websites you paste one snippet, once.
More than 150 ready-made templates for coupons, offers, email capture, announcements, spin wheels, countdowns and badges. You can edit any of them or design your own from scratch.
Yes. Pop-ups, badges and the wheel adapt to phones, tablets and desktops, and you can show a campaign on mobile only, desktop only, or both.
The apps
Pop-ups show the right offer at the right moment: a coupon on exit, an email sign-up after a scroll, an announcement on one page. Notifications add live social proof, such as recent purchases from your own store.
Product Studio lets shoppers customise a product and preview it before they buy, and gives your team print-ready files for each order.
A spin-to-win wheel turns sign-ups into a game. Visitors leave an email or phone number to spin, and you control the prizes and the odds of each one.
Use a countdown for anything with a deadline: flash sales, launches and end-of-season offers. A visible clock gives shoppers a reason to decide now.
InstaFeed shows your Instagram posts and reels on your store and keeps them up to date. You can tag products in posts so shoppers go straight from a photo to the product page.
Pricing and billing
Prices and trial lengths depend on the app and on your platform, so we keep them in one place: the pricing page. Pick your platform there to see the real plans.
If you installed from the Salla or Zid app store, the app store bills you. If you subscribed on our website, for example for a WooCommerce store, our reseller Paddle bills you as Merchant of Record. Details are in our terms.
Yes. Cancel from your app store dashboard, or for direct subscriptions from the subscription link in your dashboard or in any Paddle receipt. There are no long contracts. See the refund policy for what happens to payments already made.
Technical
No. The script is small and loads only what a page needs, when it needs it, so it does not hold up your page or hurt your search rankings.
On Salla or Zid, install the app from the app store and it switches on in your store automatically. On WooCommerce or any website, start here, create an account and paste the snippet we give you.
Yes. On Salla and Zid they come from the real orders in your store. We never show made-up purchases.
Yes: after a delay, after a scroll depth, on exit intent, or on specific pages. You can also schedule a campaign to run on certain days and hours.
