  • Cancel anytime from your InstaFeed dashboard or your Paddle receipt email. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Questions about InstaFeed billing

How does the free trial work?
New Pro subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You enter a card to start, are charged nothing during the trial, and are charged the plan price when it ends unless you cancel first.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your InstaFeed dashboard or from any Paddle receipt email. Renewals stop and you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.
Who handles payments?
Paddle.com. It is the Merchant of Record for our orders, so it collects payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and answers payment and refund questions at paddle.net.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get a full refund. Details are in the Refund Policy.
