Change the countdown image

Some countdown templates have an image or a background image. In this article you replace it with an image from your device.

When to use this article

• You want to put your product image or logo in the countdown.

Before you start

• Choose a template that has an image. If the template has no image, the Images section does not appear.
• Prepare an image in PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG format, up to 5 MB.

Steps

1. Open the countdown in the Edit countdown timer editor.
2. Open the Images section.
3. Click Change image under Image or Background image.
4. Choose the file from your device.
5. Check the preview.
6. Click Save changes. The new image is applied only after you save.

Check that it works

• The new image appears in the preview.
• The image stays after you click Save changes and reopen the editor.

Common errors

Error	Fix
You cannot find the Images section	The template has no image. Choose a template that has one.
The file did not upload	Check that the format is supported and that the file is under 5 MB.
