Does Countdown Timer work on Zid?

Countdown Timer is available on Salla only for now. See Install Countdown Timer on your Salla store.

What is the app called?

Its name is Countdown Timer. In the dashboard menu it shows as Countdown timer, and on the Grovlix app marketplace card it shows as Countdown.

Do I need technical skills to use it?

No. You choose a template, set the end time, edit the text, then publish. See Create your first countdown timer.

Do customers see the countdown as soon as I create it?

No. A new countdown starts unpublished. Click Publish popup in the editor, or move the status switch in My campaigns to Live. See Publish or pause a countdown.

Can I leave the countdown name empty?

Yes. The name is optional. If you leave it empty, PopupSnap names it for you with the template name, the day and the month.

What is the difference between previewing and saving?

Live preview in the editor shows the design and updates on its own, but it saves nothing. Save changes saves your edits. See Preview your countdown before publishing.

Why does the countdown not show on my store?

The most common reasons: the countdown is not published, or the page, device or schedule rules do not include the page you are testing on. See Fix a countdown that does not show on your store.

Can I copy an old countdown?

Yes. In My campaigns, click the More actions icon (…), then Duplicate popup. On a phone, tap More, then Duplicate popup. PopupSnap creates an unpublished copy with the same name followed by " - copy". See Duplicate a countdown timer for a new campaign.

What happens when I delete a countdown?

A confirmation appears: "Are you sure you want to delete “Countdown name”? This cannot be undone." Deleting the countdown also deletes the subscriber data linked to it. If you only want to hide it, pause it. See Delete a countdown timer.

Can I collect emails with the countdown?

Yes, if the template has an email field. Only templates with an email field collect data. See Collect emails with Countdown Timer.

Where do I see how the countdown performs?

In My campaigns, click Statistics in the countdown's row. See View your countdown performance.

What is the difference between Schedule and the countdown end time?

The countdown end time is the moment the count reaches zero. Schedule sets when the countdown is allowed to show on your store. The two are independent of each other.
