View Lucky Wheel performance

Use this article to see how many times your wheel appeared and how many subscribers it collected.

When to use this article

  • You want to know how a particular wheel is performing.
  • You want to compare two periods.

Before you start

Publish the wheel and wait for customers to visit it. Without visits there is no data.

Steps

  1. Open My campaigns from the tabs at the top of the page, or Manage popups from the menu on the left.
  2. Click the Statistics icon next to the wheel (its name appears when you point to it; on a phone, the button shows its name). The Detailed insights screen opens.
  3. In Date range, choose 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or All time. The default is 30 days.
  4. For a specific period, choose Custom, then enter From date and To date and click View results.
  5. To go back to the default, click Last 30 days.

What do the indicators mean?

  • Impressions: how many times the wheel appeared to visitors.
  • Subscribers: how many customers submitted their details.
  • Signup rate: the number of subscribers divided by impressions.
  • Clicks: the number of clicks recorded on the popup. A note says that clicks are counted from a certain date, and that earlier numbers included hovering with the mouse.
  • Orders and Revenue: these appear only when they are greater than zero. See Track orders and revenue from Lucky Wheel.

The screen also shows a Daily performance chart and a Top pages table.

The numbers refresh about every 10 minutes, so you may not see the latest visit right away.

An overview of all your popups

In the menu on the left, open Analytics (in the Lucky Wheel group) to see all your popups together: Impressions, then Subscribers, then Clicks, and an All popups table. This screen does not show orders or revenue.

The Impressions column in My campaigns shows the same number.

What analytics does not show

There are no figures for spins, for how many times each prize was won, or for coupon use.

Check that it works

  • Numbers appear in Impressions after customers visit your store.
  • The Impressions, Subscribers and Signup rate indicators appear.
