Manage your wheels from the My campaigns list

The My campaigns list shows all your wheels. From there you can open the editor, duplicate a wheel, open its statistics or delete it.

When to use this article​

  • You want to open a wheel to edit it.
  • You want to create a new wheel that looks like an existing one.
  • You want to delete a wheel you no longer need.

Before you start​

  • Open the Lucky Wheel group, then Manage popups. The My campaigns page opens.
  • If your account also has the popups app, Manage popups, Analytics and Subscribers are in the popups section.
  • The list shows wheels together with your other popups. There is no filter for wheels. Look for your wheel's name.

The columns in the list​

The list shows: Campaign (the name), Status, Engagement, Impressions, Subscribers and Actions.

Steps​

Open the wheel to edit it​

  1. In My campaigns, click the Edit icon next to the wheel (its label appears when you hover over it; on a phone, the button shows its label).
  2. The Wheel editor opens.

Open the wheel's statistics​

Click the Statistics icon next to the wheel (its label appears when you hover over it). For details, see View Lucky Wheel performance.

Duplicate a wheel​

  1. Click the … button (more actions: duplicate or delete) next to the wheel.
  2. Choose Duplicate popup.
  3. The message "Popup duplicated" appears and the editor opens on the copy.

The copy has the original wheel's name followed by " - copy". It is created unpublished, so your store visitors do not see it until you publish it.

If you have reached your plan's popup limit, PopupSnap does not duplicate the wheel. The limit counts popups of every type.

Delete a wheel​

Warning

Deleting a wheel deletes all the subscribers you collected from it. Export their data first if you need it. See Delete subscriber records.

  1. Click … next to the wheel.
  2. Choose Delete.
  3. The message "Are you sure you want to delete β€œwheel name”? This cannot be undone." appears.
  4. Click Delete popup to confirm, or Cancel to go back.
  5. The message "Popup deleted successfully." appears.

On a phone​

On a phone you see the Preview, Settings and Statistics buttons, and a More button that has Duplicate popup and Delete.

Check that it works​

  • After you duplicate, the copy appears in the list with the name ending in " - copy".
  • After you delete, the wheel disappears from the list.

FAQ​

Does deleting a wheel delete customer data?​

Yes. It deletes all the subscribers that wheel collected. Export the data before you delete.
