Set up the result and thank-you page
Use this article to edit the screen that replaces the wheel after the customer spins. This screen shows the prize and the coupon code.
When to use this article
- You want to change the "Congratulations" message the winner sees.
- You want to change the coupon code label or the page colors.
- You want to check that each result shows its correct code.
Before you start
- Open the Wheel editor from My campaigns: click the Edit icon.
- Prepare your text. The heading and description help the customer understand the next step.
The Thank-you page tab appears only if the wheel template has a result page. If you cannot find it, your template does not have one.
Steps
- At the top of the editor, click the Thank-you page tab.
- Under the tab, find the Thank-you page settings section.
- Enter the Main heading. Example: "Congratulations! You won your gift".
- Enter the Description.
- Enter the Prize title. Example: "Your prize".
- Enter the Coupon code label. Example: "Coupon code".
- Enter Help text if you want to add a note, such as how to use the code.
- Choose the Thank-you page background color.
- Click Save changes.
What appears when there is no code?
If you do not enter a code for a segment, PopupSnap hides the code row. The texts change to "Your result", "Result", "There's no code for this result." and "You can keep shopping or try again later."
Check every result before you publish
In the Live preview, choose Test winning result. Choose a segment from the list and click Show result. You see what the winner will see, without spinning the wheel.
Check that it works
- The message "Changes saved successfully" appears.
- In Test winning result, you see the heading, description and correct code for each segment.
- If the heading or description is empty, you see the note "Complete the winning message title and description so the customer understands the next step." This is a note and does not block saving.
Common errors

FAQ
Is the thank-you page the same as the wheel screen?
No. After the customer spins, the thank-you page replaces the wheel. It shows the prize, the coupon code and a Copy code button.
Can I send the customer to a link instead of the thank-you page?
There is an option for that, but in that case the customer never sees the coupon code. That is why we do not recommend it for a wheel that relies on codes.
