Add prize images to wheel segments
Use this article to add an image to a prize in a segment, or to fix an image that looks unclear.
When to use this article
- You want to add a product or gift image to a prize.
- The image looks blurry or small, or the file is too large.
Before you start
- Open the Wheel editor from My campaigns: click the Edit icon.
- Prepare an image file in
jpg,jpeg,png,svg,giforwebpformat. The maximum size is 5 MB.
Steps
- In the Prizes and coupons card, find the segment you want.
- Click the upload icon (Upload prize image) next to the segment and choose the image from your device. Or paste a ready image link into the Prize image (optional) field.
- Wait until the "Uploading..." message disappears.
- The message "Image uploaded successfully" appears.
- Click Save changes.
An uploaded image is not applied to the wheel until you click Save changes.
How do you prepare the image?
- Use a simple image of the product or gift.
- Avoid images with small text, because the segment is small.
- Keep the file size under 5 MB.
- Try the image in the Mobile preview before you publish.
Check that it works
- The image appears in the Prize image (optional) field.
- The Live preview shows the image if the template supports segment images.
- The message "Changes saved successfully" appears.
Common errors

FAQ
Can I upload SVG files?
Yes. PopupSnap checks and cleans the SVG file. If the file is not valid, the message "This SVG file couldn't be read as valid XML." appears.
What size should a prize image be?
There is no set size for segment images. Use a clear image. The background has its own size: see Change the wheel background.
