Display rules and publishing
This section explains who sees your wheel, when, and how many times. It also explains how to preview and publish the wheel.
Where are display rules set?
You set display rules on two screens:
- Wheel editor: in the Wheel settings card, you choose Where the wheel appears, the number of spins per customer, and the mini wheel that shows after a customer closes the wheel.
- Popup settings page: here you set the display timing, the devices, the display frequency and the schedule.
The rules on both screens work together. If the wheel does not show, check both.
Key points
- Publish the wheel after you edit it. A new wheel is created unpublished.
- Changes reach your store within a few minutes.
- Test the wheel in a private browsing window so you see it the way a new customer does.
