Understand plan limits and upgrade messages
Use this article when PopupSnap stops you from creating or publishing a wheel because of your plan's limits.
When to use this article
- An upgrade message appeared and you do not know what it means.
- You cannot create, duplicate or publish a wheel.
What are the limits?
- Number of popups: counts every popup in your account, of every type, drafts included. A wheel is a popup.
- Monthly impressions: the total number of times your popups and notifications are shown in a calendar month, counted on Riyadh time (UTC+3).
- Subscription: it must be active.
Messages and what they mean
| Message | What it means and how to fix it |
|---|---|
| "You've reached the popup limit on your current plan." It may be followed by "Upgrade to … to add more." | Delete a popup you do not need (deleting a wheel also deletes its subscribers), or use the upgrade button in the message if it shows. |
| "Popups can't run right now because this account's subscription isn't active." | PopupSnap shows no popups at all on your store. Renew your subscription. |
| "Popups can't run right now because you've reached this month's impressions limit." | Popups stop on your store until a new month starts. |
| "The Lucky Wheel needs the Lucky Wheel app. Install it on your store from the Salla App Store, then publish the wheel." | Install the Lucky Wheel app, then publish the wheel. |
| "Your Lucky Wheel app subscription has ended. Renew it to publish this popup." | Renew your app subscription. |
| "This popup is published but doesn't show on your store because your Lucky Wheel app subscription has ended. Renew it to show it again." | This note shows in your My campaigns list. Renew your subscription. |
Check that it works
- You know which limit applies to you.
- After you fix the problem, you can create or publish the wheel.
Common errors
| What you see | Fix |
|---|---|
