Preview and test your Lucky Wheel
Use this article to check the wheel before customers see it.
When to use this article
- You want to review the wheel design.
- You want to test mobile and desktop.
- You want to check the result page.
Before you start
- The wheel has at least two segments.
- Have dummy data ready for testing on your store.
Steps
Preview inside the editor
- In the menu on the left, open the Lucky Wheel group, then click Manage popups. The My campaigns page opens.
- Click the Edit icon next to the wheel.
- Find the Live preview.
- Click the Desktop icon, then the Mobile icon, to check both screens.
- Click Full-screen preview for a larger preview. To close it, click Close preview.
- To try each result without spinning the wheel, choose Test winning result, then choose the result from Test a result, and click Show result. For details, see Test every winning result.
Spinning the wheel inside the preview happens only on your screen. It does not save a subscriber and does not count anything.
Preview from the My campaigns list
- In My campaigns, click the Preview icon next to the wheel.
- A screen shows the wheel as your store visitors see it, with a Screen size choice between Phone and Desktop.
- Click Show again to start over.
This preview ignores the display rules and the spin limit, so the wheel always appears.
Check that it works
- The wheel looks right on mobile and desktop.
- The result page shows the prize and code you expect.

| You think the preview proves the wheel will appear in your store | Test your store after you publish. The preview ignores the display rules. |
FAQ
