Open Countdown Timer

This article shows where to find Countdown Timer after you install it, and how to open it from your Salla dashboard.

When to use this article

  • You installed the app and cannot find it.
  • You want to open it from your Salla dashboard.
  • A message appeared when you opened it from Salla.

Before you start

Steps

From PopupSnap

  1. In the menu on the left, find the My Apps section.
  2. Click Countdown timer. If a submenu opens, click Available templates. The Choose the right template page opens.

The countdown menu in the sidebar depends on your apps:

  • If Countdown Timer is your only app, the Countdown timer menu opens with Manage popups, Analytics, Available templates and Subscribers under it.
  • If you also installed the popups app, Countdown timer is a single line that opens the templates. You find popup management, analytics and subscribers under the popups app.

To see the countdowns you created, open My campaigns in the top bar.

From your Salla dashboard

  1. Open your Salla dashboard.
  2. Open the Countdown Timer app from your Salla dashboard.
  3. A loading screen shows "Opening Countdown Timer from PopupSnap...", then the PopupSnap dashboard opens inside Salla.

If an error message appears

Check that it works

  • The Choose the right template page opens.
  • If you have no countdowns yet and you opened PopupSnap directly (not inside Salla), a ready-made countdown named Offer ending soon opens straight away.
