Add a thank-you message after signup

When a visitor submits their details in the countdown, you can show them a thank-you page. This article shows you how to choose it and edit its text.

When to use this article

• Your countdown template has a form and you want to thank visitors after they sign up.

Before you start

• Use a template with an email field. See Collect emails with Countdown Timer.
• Open the settings page. See Open the countdown display settings.

Steps

1. Open the Integrations tab, then open the Action section.
2. Under Action after the popup goal is completed, choose Go to the Thank You page.
3. Click Save.

4. Open the countdown editor from Design editor.
5. If the popup has a thank-you page, a Thank-you page button appears at the top of the editor. Click it and edit the text.
6. Click Save changes.

The Thank-you page button does not appear if the template has no thank-you page. On a phone, this button does not appear at the top of the editor.

Check that it works

• Sign up in the countdown from your store with a test email.
• The thank-you page appears after you submit.
