Fix slow loading or site conflicts
Use this article when the wheel seems slow or conflicts with your storefront theme.
Quick fix
Try this first:
- Test the page while the wheel is paused.
- Test the same page with the wheel turned on.
- Test on desktop and on mobile.
- If you can, leave unrelated theme changes out of the test.
- Contact support if the problem appears only when the wheel is on.
Why this happens
This can happen when:
- Your storefront theme changes how popups look.
- A custom add-to-cart button does not behave the way the wheel expects.
- The browser blocks scripts or delays loading them.
- The page has many heavy files.
- A change you published recently needs a short time to show.
How to fix it
Option 1: Isolate the problem
- Test one storefront page.
- Pause the wheel.
- Test the page.
- Publish the wheel again.
- Test the same page again.
Option 2: Check how your theme behaves
- Test a standard product page or the homepage.
- Test the custom page where the problem shows.
- If only the custom page breaks, ask your theme developer to look into the conflict.
Option 3: Contact support
- Take a safe screenshot.
- Note the page link.
- Note the device and browser.
- Note the approximate time.
- Send the details to support.
When to contact support

- A theme conflict shows only when Lucky Wheel is on.
Include these details:
- Your store name.
- The page link.
- The device and browser.
- The wheel's name.
- A screenshot with private data hidden.
Do not send API keys, tokens, payment details or full private links.
