Download print files for one order or many

Download the files of one order from its page, or the files of several orders at once from the list.

Steps

Path: Customization orders > the order > Download print files

For one order

1. Click Customization orders in the side menu, then click the order to open its page.
2. Click Download print files at the top of the page. You get a ZIP file, or the file itself if there is only one.
3. Optional: to download a single file, click Download next to it under Print files.

For several orders

1. In Customization orders, select the checkbox of each order, or click Select all. A bar appears at the bottom of the page.
2. Click Download files (ZIP) to get all the files in one file.
3. Or click Batch print sheet (PDF) to get one sheet that combines the designs.

What your customers see

Downloads happen in the app dashboard. Customers do not see them. When the download starts, the message "Download started" appears with the file name.

Good to know

• Up to 50 customized items per download. An order with 3 items counts as 3. With more, "Select 50 orders or fewer." appears.
• You can select an order that has no ready file, but it is left out of the ZIP and the PDF.
• After printing, mark the orders as printed. See how in Find orders ready to print and mark them as printed.

Not showing?

• Cannot find Download print files? It shows only when at least one file is ready.
• Did "The selected orders have no print files" appear? Select orders whose files are ready.
• Files missing from the ZIP? Their names are in missing-files.txt inside the ZIP.
