Read the customer's choices in the Salla order note

We write the customer's choices into the order note before the product goes into the cart, so they reach you with the order.

Salla stores only

Steps

Path: Salla dashboard > order page

1. Open the order in your Salla dashboard.
2. Read the order note for the customized product.
3. Each choice reads like this: Option name: choice. A • separates each part from the next, and the option name is the name it has in the Studio.
4. Did the customer upload a file? Open the link whose line starts with the word Link and the option name to download the file.
5. Look for "Customization ID: …" at the end of the note.

The words Link and Customization ID are written in Arabic in the note today, whatever your store's language. The option names and choices show as you and your customer wrote them.

What your customers see

The customer makes their choices on the product page as usual. The note is written with the product before it goes into the cart, so it reaches you with the order.

Good to know

• A choice that goes to Salla as an option on your product shows with the product options in the order.
• You also find the same choices, neatly listed, under Customer choices on the order page in Customization orders. Details in Check a customized order before you print it.

Not showing?

• Cannot find the order in Customization orders? Look for it in the All tab. Details in Find orders ready to print and mark them as printed.
• Is the note empty or incomplete? See Customer choices do not show in the order note.
