Link an option to an existing Salla option

Already have the option in Salla? Link it, and match each choice to its value in Salla.

Steps

Path: Options > a Picks from a list option > Where does the customer’s pick go in Salla? > Existing Salla option

1. Click Options and open a Picks from a list option.
2. Open the Where does the customer’s pick go in Salla? section under the price card. Choose Existing Salla option. The three destinations are in Choose where the customer's choice goes in Salla.
3. From Choose a Salla option, choose the option that is on your product in Salla.

4. Click Match the choices. Each choice is linked to the value with the same name in Salla. A choice you matched before stays as it is.

5. Each choice has a row with its status: Linked or Not matched. Match every choice. For a choice that is not matched, choose its Salla value from the list in its row. When all of them match, All choices matched ✓ appears.

   Its value does not exist in Salla? Click + Create the value in Salla in its row. Creating a new value in Salla from the Studio adds it to your product in Salla right away. Undo does not cancel that.

6. Click Review & publish, then Publish now.

What your customers see

Linking and matching do not change your option in Salla. Your store changes for customers after you publish.

Good to know

• If you do not choose a Salla option, publishing stops until you choose one and match the choices.
• Did "We couldn’t reach Salla…" appear with Support code? Send the code to support. See Contact support and send what helps us solve it.
• Each choice's price comes from Salla. To change it, edit the price in your product in Salla.
• If you turn on This option changes the price, each choice shows its Salla price after In Salla.
• The price saved here does not match Salla? The customer sees the saved price, and Salla charges its own price. Click Use Salla prices, then publish.

Not showing?

• The list is empty? Create the option in your Salla dashboard first, then click Refresh Salla options. The button shows only when the list is empty.
• Did a value change or get deleted in Salla after you linked it? Link it again. See Publishing blocked: the option's Salla link needs review.
• If the problem continues, contact support. See Contact support and send what helps us solve it.
