Track customization performance from the Start page

The summary card on the Start page shows your customers' customizations, their orders and their value.

Steps

Path: Start > the summary card

  1. Open Start from the app menu. The first card's title is the date followed by "summary", such as "October 2026 summary".
  2. Choose Daily to see the last 24 hours, or Monthly to see the last 30 days. Monthly is selected when the page opens. The numbers do not start from the first day of the month or the start of the day.
  1. Read the conversion funnel. It has three lines:
    • Customization: how many customizations customers saved on your product pages.
    • Add to cart: the number of customer visits where a customization was saved.
    • Confirmed orders: how many customized products came in Salla orders. Every order that comes from Salla is counted, paid or not.
  2. Look at Estimated conversion under the lines. It is the Confirmed orders number divided by the Customization number.
  3. Read the six boxes:
    • Net sales: the value of the orders that have a customized product, as Salla recorded it.
    • Total orders: the same number as Confirmed orders.
    • Customization sessions: the same number as Add to cart.
    • Enabled products: the number of products where you turned on customization, even if you have not published them yet.
    • Customized orders: all the customized products that came in orders since the start.
    • Conversion rate: the same percent as Estimated conversion.
  4. Optional: click the refresh button next to Daily and Monthly so we read the numbers again.

On a phone, the boxes show under the conversion funnel.

What your customers see

The summary shows to you only, and your customers do not see it. The card only reads the numbers. Changing the period or refreshing does not change anything in your store.

Good to know

  • Enabled products and Customized orders do not change with Daily and Monthly, because they count the current state and everything since the start.
  • The percent is an estimate, because an order may come from a customization saved before the period.
  • The numbers do not update by themselves. Click the refresh button to see them again.
