Let customers move and resize their design

The customer moves and resizes their design inside the spot on the product photo. The design cannot leave the spot.

Before you start

Steps​

Path: Products > Open Product Studio > Options

  1. Click the image upload option to open its settings.

  2. Turn on The customer moves and resizes the design.

  3. Under The area’s width on the real product, click a size such as A4 front Β· 21 cm. Or enter the width in centimeters in the field under it.

    Do not know the width? Click No width. Moving works either way.

  4. Optional: to change the start size, drag the corner of the Sample logo on the product photo.

    Or open Sizes in %, and enter Start size, Smallest and Largest.

    On a phone: open Preview to drag the corner of the Sample logo.

  1. Click Review & publish, then Publish now. Until then, nothing changes in your store.

What your customers see​

The customization goes live in your store within about a minute. After the customer uploads their design, an Adjust position and size button shows under it. The customer drags the design to move it, and resizes it from the corners or the slider. On a phone, they pinch to resize. The order gives you the design's size and position in centimeters. With No width, it gives them as a percentage of the spot.

Good to know​

  • By default, the start size is 60% of the spot's width, the smallest is 20% and the largest is 100%.
  • The spot must be Facing the camera in Surface shape, not rotated, and visible.
  • If you turn off the switch, your numbers stay saved. They come back when you turn it on again.
