Publishing blocked: more than 100 combinations
Your priced options made more than 100 combinations. Make one of them free.
What you seeβ
In Review & publish, under Fix before publishing, a card with a message that starts with:
- "Your priced options make 120 combinations; Salla allows 100."
- Or "Your priced options make more than 100 combinations; Salla allows 100."
In the option's settings, the counter shows 120 of 100 Salla combinations.
You may also see, under Notes β wonβt block publishing, a message about a "shipped product" or about combination stock.
Most likely causeβ
Each combination of priced choices becomes a combination in Salla. For example, 4 colors, 5 sizes and 6 engravings make 120 combinations.
Fixβ
1. Make an option free or remove some choicesβ
Click the card button to open the options. In a priced option, turn off This option changes the price. The option goes to the Order note and is not counted. Or delete some choices. Watch the counter until it shows 100 or fewer, then publish. The counter is explained in Price and Salla settings in an option.
2. The "shipped product" messageβ
This alert does not block publishing. When you click Add the options to Salla, the Turn paid choices into Salla variants window opens. Click Add the choices to Salla. If you see Can't add the choices to Salla, follow fix 1. After you confirm, the button adds the options to your product in Salla right away, before you publish.
3. The stock messageβ
This alert does not block publishing. Adding the option may change the stock of each combination. After you add the options and publish, open the product in Salla and check the stock of each combination.
After the fix, publish again. The steps are in Review your product and publish it to your store.
