Bundle not published or asks you to Repair & publish

Open the bundle and follow its status card.

What you see

On the Bundles page, the bundle shows one of these statuses:

• Publishing stopped
• Needs repair
• Deleted on Salla

Or it shows Published, but it does not appear in your store.

Most likely cause

Something changed in Salla after you created the bundle, or Salla did not respond. Find the card title in this table:

Fix

1. Click Repair & publish

The options of a product in the bundle changed in Salla. "Press “Repair & publish” and we re-match the options automatically, then publish the bundle." Your Salla store changes right away. If the repair did not work, click Open the wizard to update options. "Fix: open the wizard at the options step, pick the new values, then publish the bundle."

A product no longer exists? Click Review products. Replace it or remove it, then publish the bundle.

2. Correct the details, then retry

"Publishing stopped before it finished. Retry and the bundle will continue from the last successful step." The button finishes publishing the bundle in Salla right away. If the card has a button other than Retry, click it first. Correct what it asks for, then publish the bundle again.

Salla connection expired? Click Reconnect Salla, then retry. Details in You see Reconnect Salla, or your products do not show.

You see "Another change is already running on this bundle…"? Wait for it to finish, then retry.

3. The bundle was deleted in Salla

"This bundle was deleted from your Salla store." Watch out: Recreate bundle publishes a new bundle in Salla right away, with no confirmation message.

• Recreate bundle: "Recreating publishes a new bundle in Salla with the same products, price and name."
• Remove from list: the bundle disappears from the bundles list only. Nothing changes in your Salla store.

4. The bundle is published but does not show

At the bottom of the status card, under "Trouble with the bundle’s visibility?", click Recreate the link. "A new link is created for the bundle page in your store."

• The bundle name.
• The code you copied.
