A required Salla option stops add to cart

Usually an option on your Salla product no longer gets anything from the Studio. Link it or delete it.

Salla stores only

What you see

In Review & publish, a message appears that starts with: "The Salla option β€œColor” on this product isn't linked to any option here, and it can stop customers adding to cart."

It may show under Fix before publishing with a Product options in Salla button, or under Notes β€” won’t block publishing with no button.

Most likely cause

The Studio created this option in Salla, then you deleted or changed the option that filled it.

Fix

Click Product options in Salla on the card. Under Unlinked Salla options, choose your option from Link to an option. The option opens. Match its choices to the Salla values, then publish. The message has no button? Open the option. In Where does the customer’s pick go in Salla?, choose Existing Salla option, then Choose a Salla option. The details are in Price and Salla settings in an option.

2. Delete it in your Salla dashboard

You do not need this option? Delete it from the product options in your Salla dashboard. The Studio does not delete it. Then open Review & publish again. The steps are in Review your product and publish it to your store. The Studio does not check options you created yourself in Salla, so review those in Salla.

Still stuck?

Click Contact support in the Studio and send us:

  • The product page link.
  • The name of the Salla option, as the message shows it.
  • A screenshot of the message in Review & publish.
