Publishing blocked: more than one option sets price or stock

Usually two options have a final price or stock. Keep that on one option only.

What you see​

In Review & publish, under Fix before publishing, there is a card with an option name and one of these messages:

  • "More than one option sets the final price. Only one option can set the final price; the others add to it."
  • "More than one option sets stock for the same product. Keep stock on one option only."
  • "β€œLarge” in β€œSize” uses a final price but has no price. Enter the final price (or 0 if it is free)."

Most likely cause​

Each combination of choices that has a price becomes a combination in Salla. A combination takes one final price and one stock amount. The card appears if two options set the final price or the stock. It also appears if a final price is left empty.

Fix​

1. More than one option sets the final price​

Click Open option on the card. The option name follows it. The card names only one option, so open every option that has a price. In Price type, keep Final product price on one option only. In the other options, choose Extra on product price. We do not clear the amounts you entered. Check them in the price box next to each choice. Price types are explained in Price and Salla settings in an option.

2. "Uses a final price but has no price"​

Open the option named in the message, from the card's button. Enter the full price in the price box next to the choice. If the choice is free, enter 0.

3. More than one option sets the stock​

Keep the stock on one option only. In the other options, look next to More under each choice. If you see "Stock" and a number, that choice has stock. Click More, then clear the number from the Stock box. An empty box removes the number. Stock is explained in Option settings in Product Studio.

After the fix, publish again. The steps are in Review your product and publish it to your store. Did you add the option to Salla before and then change its prices? Follow Add the options to Salla and update them after edits.
