View on my store opens the home page

Usually the product is hidden in Salla. Check its status on the Products page.

What you see

• You publish your product, then click View on my store. Your store's home page opens.

• You click Product page ↗ at the top of the Studio, and the home page opens too.

  On a phone, the Product page ↗ button is an icon only, with no text.

Most likely cause

The product is hidden in Salla. The Studio opens the product link exactly as Salla gives it. If the product is hidden, Salla opens the home page instead of the product page.

Fix

1. Show the product in Salla

Open the Products page in the app. If you see In store: Hidden under the product, it is hidden in Salla. To see all hidden products, choose Hidden in Product status. Open the product in your Salla dashboard and change its status so customers can see it. Then click Product page ↗ at the top of the Studio again. You do not need to publish again.

If you see In store: Deleted, follow Contact support and send what helps us solve it.

The page opens but without customization? Follow The customization widget does not show on the product page.
