Order note or Salla option?
The order note is for a choice with no price. A Salla option is for price or stock.
Salla stores only
What it looks likeโ
In a Salla order, the choice shows as text in the note or among the product options.
Use it whenโ
- The choice has no price. Choose Order note: "No price. The pick is written in the order note. Nothing changes in your Salla product."
- The choice has a price or stock. Choose New Salla option. It is created in your product in Salla when you click Add the options to Salla.
- You already have the option in Salla. Choose Existing Salla option: "Already in Salla? Link it and match each choice to its value." Any choice with no value blocks publishing.
- The customer enters text. A New Salla option for text is available on service and digital products only.
- You want to stay under Salla's limit of 100 combinations. The note does not count toward it.
- Choosing where the choice goes changes the draft. Your customers see it after Publish now.
Order noteโ
The choices arrive in the Salla order note if the Write choices in the order note switch is on.
